The T & T program is designed to improve the participants’ individual technique and decision making abilities in game situations. Aimed at players born between 2007 (U13) and 2004 (U16), this program is held on Sunday Mornings and is open to players outside of the academy who are looking for additional training.

 

Following the County FC Way methodology, training methods are underpinned to reflect our core CDE (Communication, Decision Making, Execution) approach which consists of a group of progressively challenging exercises, adapted to improve a players "Game IQ".  Our primary outcome of the program is to teach players to make more consistent and better soccer actions in all facets of the game.

The program will be limited to 20 players

​

Players will be placed into training groups based on their age and stage of development.
