The CDP is a supplementary program designed to improve the participants’ individual technique and decision making ability. Aimed at players born between 2008 (u12) and 2013 (u7), this program is held on Sunday Mornings and is open to players outside of the academy who are looking for additional training. 

 

Following the County FC Way methodology, training methods will reflect our core philosophy of "Putting the Player" in the centre of development and will consist of a group of progressive and interrelated exercises, adapted to each training level or stage.

Players will be placed into training groups based on their age and stage of development.
